Individual Treatment

Couples/Family Counseling

Work together to improve your overall communication and functioning as a couple or family.  Learn about each other's needs, communication style, conflict resolution, and coping skills to get along better and to more effectively meet each other's needs.

Substance Use Treatment Group

Attend treatment with others to improve your supports, learn new coping skills, and improve the ability to reach your recovery goals! Group treatment is often more effective than individual treatment alone as members share tips for maintaining abstinence and provide social accountability.

Seeking Safety (Womens Group)

Seeking Safety is a women's group providing  an evidence-based treatment model that treats co-occurring posttraumatic stress disorder and substance use disorders. Get support alongside other women while addressing the unique challenges facing those struggling with substance use and trauma.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment-IOP

Attend a group setting five days a week to get support, develop coping skills, and obtain the knowledge needed to assist in obtaining and maintaining abstinence. IOP is for those who have struggled to achieve abstinence and need something more than one on one counseling.
